As your doula or childbirth educator, it is my goal to assist you in making this experience as wonderful as possible.  As a birth doula, my role is to "mother the mother" in a loving, nurturing capacity before, during, and after the birth of your child.  It is also to assist the family in supporting a woman during labor.

my background
I am married to the man of my dreams, Mike, and we have two amazing daughters and an adorable son.  After the birth of our daughter, I began my birth work journey by becoming a DONA certified Birth Doula. Additionally, I am a CAPPA trained Lactation Educator and an ICEA trained Childbirth Educator. I also have a Comminucations BA from Pacific Lutheran University, have coordinated special events for a non-profit organization and owned and managed a delightful Italian café.
